Lomi Alana Aloha (Pathway to the Stars): This is our Signature Treatment and is a Hawaiian body work method where the therapist provides a flowing massage to align the body, mind and spirit . The session is set to relaxing Hawaiian music and a facial and vitaflex foot massage can be added. Benefits: this returns the client to a peaceful and balanced state

Reiki is Japanese for “universal life energy” -- this is a lying on of hands therapy based on the theory that life force energy flows through us, bringing vitality. Benefits: this creates balance, harmony and a sense of well-being.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils that are derived from various plant sources. The oils are massaged, inhaled or used in baths to therapeutically affect the individual’s physical and mental well-being. Benefits: specific blends of oils will stimulate, balance or relax mental responses, and aid in circulatory, muscular and respiratory functions.

Body Polishes, Scrubs and Glows use natural pastes made from substances such as sea salt, apricot kernels and sugar to exfoliate the skin. A hydrotherapy component is used to rinse off the product, and is followed by an aromatherapy massage to re-hydrate the skin Benefits: these treatments promote the flow of nutrient-rich circulation.

Body wraps have been used for centuries to promote the release of toxins through sweat and improve the metabolism. The original herbal wrap used natural linen sheets, soaked in therapeutic herbs which were wrapped snugly around the body. Body wraps include an application of warmed substances such as seaweed or mud, applied to the body as a mask. Then the client is wrapped and cocooned in heated blankets. Benefits: wraps aid in detoxification and relaxation, and leave the skin hydrated.

Acupressure and Aromatherapy Facial is a treatment directed at enhancing the quality of your skin. Using Chinese massage techniques and aromatic oils to cleanse, soothe, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin and include facial, shoulder and arm massage. Benefits: treatments result in a cleaner, better hydrated and rejuvenated skin.

Hot Stone Massage is a healing therapy using warmed, smooth volcanic stones to massage the body. Benefits: It provides a warm penetrating heat and is deeply relaxing.

Hydrotherapy is an age-old healing method used in spas around the world, and as the name suggests, is the use of water in treatments. Water’s greatest healing attribute is its ability to hold temperatures, both hot and cold. Medical and Holistic physicians have long recognized the benefits of water, often recommending heating blankets and hot baths. Benefits: Hydrotherapy baths relieve muscular tension and improve circulation and have a relaxing and soothing affect to induce deep relaxation and sleep.

Reflexology applies pressure points on specific areas of the feet and hands that correspond to areas throughout the body. Benefits: Not only is this a treat for both hands and feet, it’s deeply relaxing, and provides an overall tonic for the body as the reflex points release energy blockages in corresponding areas of the body.

Thalassotherapy uses sea water or algae (sea plants) in treatments such as body wraps and hydrotherapy to benefit the skin and circulation. “Thalasso” is the Greek word for “sea” and these treatments are particularly popular for soothing arthritis discomfort. Benefits: Thalassotherapy is used to relieve arthritic aches and pains, sooth the skin and revitalize the body.

Ear Candling and Moor Mud Body Wrap – relaxing treatment to clear out wax and mucous from the ear canal enhanced by the detoxifying moor mud body wrap.

Raindrop Therapy is a treatment where different essential oils are applied along the spine – this can be combined with reflexology for a complementary treatment.
